dial soul

unfortunately dial soul has had to stop broadcasting on live radio (100.4fm madrid) from the 5th floor of the círculo de bellas artes. for those of you who don't already know, every weekend a bunch of 35 deejays from dial soul would take over the studio and broadcast the best funk, jazz, house, hip hop with NO playlists and NO adverts... like a totally legal pirate radio based in the cultural centre of madrid. now we are looking into alternatives but, for the time being, we are getting the word out on the internet... here is my first session, recorded in my basement! feedback is most welcome (its what keeps me doing this...).

the whole circula de bellas artes is a shame; no doubt though that you guys simply carry on bringing us great music. Ya me alegro escuchar a la siguiente sesion!

hi rob!

how are you?
i am about to download your show for my ipod and while doing this here a few words from me:

i had an amazing weekend in london on my back journey from canada. friday night gig in cargo with dom servini and simon goss was awsome and on saturday i went to jazz cafe where i heard "this is what you are" live - ian mckanzie as a guest voc. for eddie roberts. guess who did a warm up? (our mate lubi ofcourse). and keb darge and andy smith literally !killed it! with an extra-ordinaire set of northern soul 7s afterwards.
